The story behind Systemize
Systemize was founded by Rob Cull after years working inside legal, property and operational workflows.
Before building systems, Rob worked in the industries Systemize now supports — coordinating housing disrepair workflows, managing surveyor instructions, working with solicitors, dealing with inspection logistics, seeing first-hand how much time gets lost to manual admin.
The same pattern appeared everywhere: a business grows, workload increases, the team starts relying on spreadsheets, inboxes, WhatsApp messages and one person who knows where everything is. Eventually, that person becomes the system. When they are unavailable, the operation breaks. When they leave, institutional knowledge walks out the door.
Systemize was built to replace that fragile setup with proper infrastructure. Not a generic SaaS product with a custom logo — a system built around how the specific operation works, covering the exact pressure points where volume breaks the manual approach.
Three live production platforms are already built and running. The target is 25–30 serious businesses on monthly retainers — not hundreds of low-touch clients, but a focused group of firms where Systemize knows the operation, improves the systems continuously and becomes a long-term technical partner.

The approach is direct: map the operation, find what breaks at scale, build the system, stay involved. No discovery sprints that run for six months. No handover and disappear. The build starts with a 30-minute call about what is actually breaking — not a pitch deck.
What Systemize is not
Systemize does not do digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC or brand strategy. We build operational systems.
We are not a large agency with account managers, discovery sprints and a portfolio of 200 clients. We work with a small number of firms where the problem is real, the volume is there and the operation is ready for proper infrastructure.
We are not the right fit for e-commerce businesses, startups building consumer products or organisations that need a generic platform customised to their needs. We build custom systems from the ground up for specific operational problems.
